Monthly Management Fee
Our monthly fee is 9% of the gross rental income every month.
This will include the cost of the monthly reporting, handling the communication, and managing the inspections & maintenance.

One Time Set Up Fee is $250
Our leasing fee is $295, this is to cover the cost of advertising and more importantly time for the tenant screening and showing the property until it is rented. If we are renegotiating a lease at a higher rate, the lease amendment fee is $100.
*Note* This charge is applied after the property is rented.
Inspections & Maintenance
For our maintenance program, we hold a great list of vendors to help our clients. When there is required maintenance, the invoice is deducted from the owner's monthly draw. We do not upcharge on maintenance like some of our other competitors.
We include semi annual inspections as part of our management program. If you require additional inspections there is a charge for the maintenance time.
